Summary of Changes

Nested::delete() dispatched two generic events, onBeforeDelete and onAfterDelete, carrying only the primary key, next to the typed onTableBeforeDelete and onTableAfterDelete events every table dispatches. The generic pair was tagged @deprecated 5.3 will be removed with 7.0 without replacement. This removes it and the now unused Joomla\Event\Event import.

Nothing in core listens to the generic names. A listener needs onTableBeforeDelete / onTableAfterDelete instead (Joomla\CMS\Event\Table\BeforeDeleteEvent / AfterDeleteEvent), which carry the table as subject and the same pk.

Testing Instructions

1. Code review: grep -rn "'onBeforeDelete'\|'onAfterDelete'" libraries administrator components plugins finds nothing.
2. Apply the patch. Administrator: Content > Categories, trash a category and empty the trash; the category is deleted and the Latest Actions module logs it.
3. Administrator: Menus > Main Menu, trash a menu item and empty the trash; same result.
4. Administrator: Components > Tags, trash a tag and empty the trash.
5. Turn debug on and check no PHP notice, warning or deprecation appears during steps 2 to 4.
