Summary of Changes
Adds a toolbar button in the tempate manager to enable copying of a selected file
The underlying code to do the actual copying already existed but somewhere along the way the ui to let you actually copy a file was either removed or not created.
Testing Instructions
This pr contains a js change so either use a pre-built package or npm i
in the template manager select any file and in the toollbar you will now see a copy file button
This button opens a modal allowing you to select a destination folder on the left and name the copied file
