Standardize the filter interaction so state, focus movement, visible controls, and result updates are predictable and accessible in the administration interface.

UI does not truncate controls or fields. All fields are visible irrespective of viewport size.
The text filters are difficult and confusing to use. While the issues individually just barely meet the threshold of violations, their combination makes the UI difficult to use, especially on small screens. The table also shows cut off in a small viewport, which makes orientation difficult, especially with the constraint width due to extra padding on the page:
