User impact
The issue creates an accessibility barrier in the affected workflow, screen, or component.
Remediation plan
Implement a component-level and template-level fix that removes the barrier in all affected states and add verification coverage so the issue stays resolved.
Steps to reproduce
- Open the extension "Install from Web" screen.
- Submit a search.
- Inspect the results in the DOM and accessibility tree.
- Check heading, list, count, and status semantics.
- Observe that results are not marked up appropriately.

Expected result
Simple way to navigate to search results would be present. Heading structure changes, for example. Adding a “Results” heading level 3 would clarify the structure.
Actual result
The “Install from Web” view has no structure to indicate where the results of the search are. The skip link menu can only focus on the categories heading over the left side navigation, but there is no similar way to find the results quickly.
