[#48235] - Browser Page Title - No longer working

I have recently noticed in both Joomla versions 5.4.7 and 6.1.2, that when adding content to the "Browser Page Title field" under "Options" when creating a new article that it no longer displays and defaults to the content title?
I have tested this by using a blank 6.1.2 install and removing all additional plugins, leaving theme as Cassiopei.
