Custom fields are always displayed with bullet points in the front end.
Use CSS:
.fields-container { list-style: none; padding: 0; }'
Alternatively, use a template override: Layouts:_com_fields

as you can easily do this with user.css I dont see why we should polute the admin ui with yet another option - beside which you can already achieve this within the ui
