Summary of Changes

When displaying a menu item of type content cateogry list you have the option to display theb main category description and image but only the subcategory description.

This adds the option to display the subcategory image as well. The default is Hide so it will not impact any existing sites

Testing Instructions

Create a parent category with a description and image
Create one or more child categories with description and image
Create a menu item of type content category list and set it to display the subcategories and the subcategory description etc as per the screenshot

The highlighted option is added by this PR

1. Use global will only work (on an updated site) once I have worked out how to do the update sql to add the param (@richard67 any examples to follow)
2. This is only for content category list but if accepted I would make additional PR to add this functionality to everywhere that we have subcategories displayed
