Summary of Changes
In 6.0 "Featured" were integrated into articles. #43907.
While Model and View were deprecated at this time, the controller was forgotten. This PR deprecates also the coltroller.

Should not the whole class be deprecated and not only the getModel function?
Yes, the file can be removed.
Can you then move the deprecated tag to the class doc block (not file doc block)?
