Summary of Changes
Removes the auto detection of the $db and $app property in the CMSPlugin class. Please use getApplication() and getDatabase() instead. The db needs to be injected with the aware trait. Check the other core plugins how they are doing it.
Testing Instructions
Core is not using these, so code review should be enough.
