Summary of Changes

This pull request (PR) removes the 6.x update SQL scripts from 7.0-dev and updates the lists of files and folders to be deleted on update in the script.php file for 7.0.

The lists of deleted files and folders are cleared by the entries from 6.x, and the 6.x update SQL scripts are added to the list of deleted files.

In addition, version number checks and comments related to that are adapted to 7.0.

Further adaptations to 7.0 which will affect also the script.php file will be done with separate PRs, e.g. the removal of the compat6 b/c plugin for new installations and on update.

Or if you want to make a real test: Compare the full installation zip package of the latest 7.0 nightly build with the one of the latest 6.2 nightly build for the actual result, and compare the the full installation zip package created by Drone for this PR with the one of the latest 6.2 nightly build for the expected result.
