What happened?

1. Use Safari browser and RTL language, e.g. arabic, in the backend
2. Open System > Extensions
3. Reduce screen width
4. Subhead-container is cut off on the right, causing elements to disappear partially or completely

Expected result

Like in LTR, in reducing the screen size all elements are visable and usable.

Actual result

Subhead-container is cut off on the right, causing elements to disappear partially or completely, see:

This problems occurs not only when you dynamically reduce the screen width, but also if you full-page-load with reduced screen size.

Tested on Intel macOS Tahoe 26.3.1 (a), Safari 26.3.1

Additional Comments

• This problem does not occur with Firefox, Chrome and Edge
• Found in testing #47650, but this issue is independent from the PR and exists already before
