What happened?

create or edit any Article in the backend
go to the Publishing tab.
click the blue calendar icon next to "Start Publishing" to open the datepicker.
select any date and click into the text box to manually change the time
Use keyboard's Left and Right arrow keys to move the text cursor back and forth through the time digits

Expected result

The text cursor should only move left and right inside the input box for editing the time. The calendar popup in the background should ignore arrow keys.

Actual result

as I move the cursor through the time digits using the left right keys, the visual "hover" state on the calendar in the background jumps around from day to day.
