Summary of Changes
Cypress has deprecated Cypress.env. This pr adapts the system tests and updates the joomla-cypress dependency to version 2.0.0 which supports that as well. See joomla-projects/joomla-cypress#48 and https://github.com/joomla-projects/joomla-cypress/releases/tag/2.0.0.

Run the system tests locally or check them in GH Actions.
