Problem description: Plugins: Editor - TinyMCE > Extended options.
The following settings have no effect (are ignored):
**Editor Height
Editor Width**
Regardless of the values entered for height and width, the editor window size does not change.

#46438 is a pull request with the fix - please look again
@brianteeman I just see that the PR still had the "Updates Requested" label. I have removed it as the requested changes have been implemented meanwhile, so that PR is ready for testing.

The PR is for 6.1 as it changes behavior, but 6.1 is not so far away. The PR can be tested by using a 6.1 nightly build for verifying the issue, and the patched installation or update package or custom update URL created for that PR by our CI action for testing the fix.
