Removed the 'layouts' folder from the users.xml file as it doesnt exist and add the 'presets' folder
Add the 'presets' and 'layouts' folder to content.xml

@brianteeman Hmm, I just see that for com_content admin where you just have added the presets folder, there is also a folder "layouts". Should the "layouts" folder added, too?
