Summary of Changes
Small change to the CSS versioning logic. The change ensures that URLs starting with # (used for predefined references for example svg) are returned as-is and not modified by the versioning function.

Change the settings or the System - Joomla Accessibility Checker Plugin to Show always
Test the colour filter function of the plugin works as expected.

✅ Final test before merge with JBT and Blog Sample Data installed
- Additional set Target 'Area to Check' to
bodyto check the entire page (inline help was helpful 😄). - Before PR, the problem seen that the colour in the images was not removed with the Monochromacy setting
- Applied patch with
gh pr checkout 46609andnpm ci - Set Monochromacy is working again (as in 5.1.4)
