Switch between light and dark mode - the text input area changes

Install a prebuilt package of this PR or apply the patch and then npm run build:js
Check that the tinymce toolbar AND content area respect the light /dark mode settings of Joomla and any specific light/dark mode settings in the plugin

Hello, it's working well on the administrator side, but it doesn't seem to be applied when editing in the front end.
I think thats because the site template itself is not in dark mode
I have tested this item ✅ successfully on 96a6a8c
