Summary of Changes
Changes the target version for the deprecation removals to 7.0. The deprecations in the compat plugin are left in place. Additionally is for some editor buttons a target version added.
It was a search and replace, so I might have missed some.
Testing Instructions
Check the deprecation changes in the pr if they are correct. No code should be touched.
