Well, we can add a new Language String and deprecate the existing ones. But first we need a decision, and it is also a matter of taste

I think a better variant is:
remove the compaibility checks from the table
Make an own section for compatibility text
And descibe it like

The state of your ... plugin is correct

Your ... plugin is enabled/disabled. This is wrong. Please go to ... and enable/disable.

Your ... plugin is enabled/disabled. This is wrong. Please go to ... and enable/disable.

I thought this way at first, but as it's the required settings, compatibility plugin status are required to be correct too.
I think that ultimately, it's easier to have everything in the same view.
