[#46278] - [6.1] Implement copy child template

Summary of Changes

After #45624 and #46034 some people asked for a copy function for child templates. This PR adds this functionallity.

Testing Instructions

  • Go to the template Manager (System => Site Templates)

  • Check the new child template (Edit it)

  • Make a copy of the child template

  • Check if new styles are there

  • (optional) Also check if you still can create child templates from e.g. cassiopeia and make copy of normal templates without child-support.
