Tested with Joomla! 6.0 RC1
When installing Joomla using a different language, towards the end of the installation, before selecting additional languages, the page that displays the Automated Update information, the Automated Updates related language strings (title, description, and button to disable automated updates) are not translated in the language that is used for the installation.
The language strings that are not translated are
INSTL_AUTOMATED_UPDATES
INSTL_AUTOMATED_UPDATES_DESC
INSTL_AUTOMATED_UPDATES_DISABLE
I have tested this with two different languages (French and Tamil), The results are the same.
Please note that the other language strings in that page are translated to the respective language.
Screenshots attached.

This will be fixed by PR #46209 for 5.4-dev and #46210 for 6.0-dev.
As the stable packages for 5.4.0 are already prepared, it might go into 5.4.1.
For 6.0 it depends on release managers if it goes into 6.0.0 or 6.0.1.
So I'm closing it as we usually do when we have a PR to fix an issue.
Thanks for reporting.
