Summary of Changes
- Added back "Show On" attribute which works out of the box.
- Improved the way unnecessary fields are removed
- Added code to remove empty smartsearch fieldset
- Added default value for close parameter

Testing Instructions
- Check that there are no empty fieldsets
- Check that the show_on attribute is working
- Check for other unnecessary fields that have not been removed yet.
- Check that the close button has a default value of true.

I have tested this item ✅ successfully on 5b6ea82
I skipped this PR on first pass because the instructions were poor. Having to read the diff to find out exactly what to test is not helpful! However, I see the Note field now has Showon restored and the two empty fieldsets have gone.
