Pull Request for Issue #34355 .
Summary of Changes
Adds text information with the recommended image size for the three atum images (login, brand large and brand small).
There were a lot of comments on the original issue but adding this informational note is about the only one that got any traction. Not perfect but better than nothing and its quite common on other sites that offer branding to recommend an image size.

Apply PR and check the atum template style Image Settings tab

This isn't really a bug fix and it would be a stretch to call it a feature so I leave it to maintainers to decide on the release version
