The CSS for the class "input-append" together with "chosen" selects was missing.
I took the one for the "input-prepend" class and changed the radius to be on the left side.

How does the compiling process work? I found the CSS info in the /media/less/jui/less/bootstrap-extended.less and can add it there.
With jui and LESS you can't jut add to the template.css, you need to go through the compiling process
