Summary of Changes
This pull request (PR) merges the changes from 5.3-dev up into 5.4-dev which have been made since the last upmerge PR #45471 .
- The merge conflicts are only caused by the release build and are resolved by restoring the date and version of 5.4.0-alpha1-dev.
- It includes an upmerge from 4.4-dev.
- It includes Composer update joomla/database ^2.2.0 -> ^2.2.1
- All other commits were automatically merged without conflicts.
