I had to find my way around in Danish first. :-) See image: I used NPM Package, but unfortunately it didn't work.
@ChristineWk this worked for me.
- Please go to media/vendor/tinymce/langs and edit the da.js manually (you can also remove the min versions for testing)
- Please purge all caches

a) Hmm, I've since reset everything to the original and now have 5.3.1-dev.
I'd have to reset everything to Danish, etc.
Probably the NPM too?

It is not necessary to reinstall the Danish language; you only need to change the word in da.js and reload the backend.
I've now done point 1) via FTP.
Nevertheless, I enabled Danish (again) in the backend. Otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to check it. With success:
I found Gem&Luk/Grundinstillinger etc. :-)
