Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to the Administrator Articles list. Hover over the Search filter.

Expected result

Legible Tooltip

Actual result

The Tooltip is above the search field and the top part is off the screen.

System information (as much as possible)

Firefox, Chrome and Safari on MacOS
