Steps to reproduce the issue
- Login to administrator
- Go to content -> Media
- Create the subfolder
- Clock on information icon
- Observe
Expected result
Folder name should be displayed properly
Actual result
Name is not aligned properly

I assume you are referring to this
Strangely it only happens when there are no images in the folder. As soon as you add an image then the folder name displays correctly
