Steps to reproduce the issue
Joomla 5.2.3, mail templates view. I have a Russian language as a default for admin panel, but switch to English in user settings.
Expected result
Mail templates view could be switched to English.
Actual result
Mail templates view hasn't switched to English
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla 5.2.3, multilanguage site.

Can't confirm or i don't understand the reported issue:Thanks @alikon for help me understand the issue (which is the same if the language is changed as default setting).English (default setting)
