Steps to reproduce the issue

Make a field whatever type and in permissions of the field change edit state inside the field to not allowed for the administrator and login as administrator.

Expected result

Administrator cannot edit the state by clicking the tick green icon but if he check and open the dropdown menu from above he is able to change the status from there.

Actual result

Administrator is able to change the status from the dropdown menu with listCheck true.

Joomla 5.2.2

Additional comments

In articles he can even open the article and save it if we set the permission not to edit in the article permissions, but its not able to change the state like the bug above.
