The plugin System - Logout does nothing. (Its functionality was removed in #17669)
From plugin description:
The system logout plugin enables Joomla to redirect the user to the home page if they choose to logout while they are on a protected access page.
However the redirect works even when plugin is disabled.
I suggest to remove this plugin.
