[#42484] - Incorrect AssetTitle and AssetParentId for Scheduled Tasks assets

Steps to reproduce the issue

Check #__assets database table for the scheduled taks and not the incorrect title and parent ID

Expected result

Parent ID of tasks should be set to asset ID of com_scheduler asset, and title should represent the actual task title.

Actual result

Parent ID is always 1, which is reserved for components, not for nested data within component. Title is asset name instead of Taks title.
