Summary of Changes
This PR updates the rtl version of the select image for dark mode so that the down arrow is white and not black making it consistent with the ltr version for dark mode.
Testing Instructions
As the atum image is placed in the correct folder by the build scripts you will need to either run npm ci or use a prebuilt package
