Steps to reproduce the issue

In the past, a note in the email: Privacy was ticked was shown.

It belongs to Plugin: Content - Confirm Consent

Isn't there anymore? I also checked whether there was an issue/PR for this. Also looked in the backend at: E-Mail Templates.

So now I don't know if it's a bug or a feature request or how to deal with it.

Or would one have to enter something at: {CUSTOMFIELDS}?
There are issues/PRs about workflow/notification, but that probably doesn't affect it.
