Steps to reproduce the issue
enable schemaorg plugins and check the time related fields in the recipe plugin
in addition to all the accessibility and invalid html already reported the field settings for the hour and minutes is wrong.
You should not be able to save a negative time - that makes no sense at all
You should not be able to set a decimal value - that makes no sense

This issue was re-opened as the referenced PR did not solve the problem and was closed
