Situation: I'm in the backend on the menu manager.
The pagination is set to a number of results less than the total of the items on the menu and the menu ends up on multiple pages.
If on the second page there are 3 entries (for example) and I'm going to move the order of the third to make it the first item on this page (so as antepenultimate of everything on the menu), you are actually going to put as the first item of all the menu.

I can confirm this issue for the menu manager, but I just tried in Access Level List in com_users and there it works like intended. I will try to solve this issue.
