[#408] - com_contact single contact view for logged-in user

I believe that the single contact view for com_contact should also allow the display of the contact information attached to the logged in user, because the contact component is more flexible than the profile plugin.
The fix is easy:
- make the user field in the contact menu item optional
- default to the logged in user's ID
- only throw error if neither of the IDs is defined (from the request trough menu item params or from the session from the logged-in user)
