We can add a new convention that after the view name comes the layout name separated with an underscore. So can you rename the file to Profile_Edit.cy.js.

Can you extend this test here a bit more like you did in https://github.com/joomla/joomla-cms/blob/4.4-dev/tests/System/integration/site/components/com_users/Profile.cy.js. So you create a test user and do test if the settings from the user do also exist in the form fields?
