This PR fixes issue #40379 . I also made small clean up to the code to remove un-used variables.

Save & Close button displayed 3 times in toolbar on edit module screen
Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request
The 3 same buttons above changed to Save & Close, Save & New, Save as Copy as expected.
