[#40067] - Better appearance for Joomla 4 shortcuts

Steps to reproduce the issue
While in Joomla administration, press J and then X.
A modal window will appear containing the shortcuts.
Expected result
The list should be more compact and readable.
Actual result
The list with the shortcuts is long and not easily readable.

Joomla 4.2.9-rc1
Additional comments
According to Mozilla MDN Web Docs, the div tag can be used to group dt and dd in order to appear in one line with some additional CSS code like display: flex; gap: 25px; for the div.
