- Apply patch, confirm that the issue fixed
- Also, check and make sure that if the category you are moving has same alias with one of the children categories of the category you are moving to, you will get error like below and the category won't be moved:
Batch process failed with following error: Another category with the same parent category has the same alias
Actual result BEFORE applying this Pull Request

Expected result AFTER applying this Pull Request
No error, categories are successfully moved.

I have tested this item✅ successfully on 3c09a71
Fixes issue #39742 , and the fix from the past PR #39158 still works, too.
