Steps to reproduce the issue
Change the language from default to another one
Expected result
the site name should also change to the selected language
Actual result
the site name stays to default language
System information (as much as possible)
Joomla 3.3.1 upgraded to J3.3.2

I have tried this in multiple 3.3.2 websites

Tested. I confirm the issue on last master

We should make soon a new release including this correction
Can you test this with current staging/nightly? It may well be that it's related to the PR we reverted.
