Steps to reproduce the issue

Change the language from default to another one

Expected result

the site name should also change to the selected language

Actual result

the site name stays to default language

System information (as much as possible)

Joomla 3.3.1 upgraded to J3.3.2

Additional comments

I have tried this in multiple 3.3.2 websites

Can you test this with current staging/nightly? It may well be that it's related to the PR we reverted.

I saw 9445d5e and i can't do that to 31 Joomla sites that i have.
I really don't know how this works but its not a solution for mass joomla sites owners.
