Steps to reproduce the issue
In the media manager navigate to a folder with a large number of images. (or switch to the list view) Select the last image and then open the infobar
Expected result
The contents of the infobar are visible
Actual result
The contents of the infobar are not visible as they are fixed to the top of the media manager
