When creating a custom field - I am using 4.2.2 - there are apparently no tips on any of the free-text fields e.g. 'Height' in the 'Editor' custom field. This is because there no 'Toggle inline help' button in order to show the help.

In some parts of the Admin panel there is a 'Toggle inline help' button. It's in available in Global Configuration and in Modules and Articles but not Fields.

Describe the solution you'd like

Add the 'Toggle inline help' button to Fields or display the help information in free-text fields automatically, as it does in Categories.
Add the information to relevant fields if it doesn't already exist

Additional context

Strangely, although there is no 'Toggle inline help' button in Categories, the help information is displayed anyway.
