Summary of Changes

Moves the logic to fetch the languages where no module exists to the model in menus component.

Testing Instructions

  • In the file /libraries/src/Helper/ModuleHelper.php replace the line 701 with {return true;
  • Open the link /administrator/index.php?option=com_menus&view=menus
  • Open the link /administrator/index.php?option=com_modules&view=modules
