Steps to reproduce the issue
Joomla global config after fresh install of Joomla 4
Expected result
Not a confusing set of defaults
If its a good thing that Enable Outbound Proxy is off, and that is grey and not green, then Behind Load Balancer should also be grey when set to No.
No other toggle in Joomla Global Config is green when set to No.
Actual result
System information (as much as possible)

This is because some nutter codes with no coffee
