Steps to reproduce the issue

Edit Article in Admin has 6 duplicate SQL queries (actually its 3 duplicated 3x 2 = 6)

Expected result

Optimisation... no duplicated queries unless there is a reason.

45 statements were executed which is an insane amount for a start

Actual result

45 statements were executed, 6 of which were duplicates, 39 unique

System information (as much as possible)

Note the tags query is actually run 4 times in total to load this page!
