This is simply applying the same fix as in #33803 but this time on logout.
Steps to reproduce the issue
To EASILY replicate, edit libraries/src/Session/SessionManager.php and put
throw new \Exception();
on line 65 in the destroySessions method, and then LOGOUT of Joomla admin to cause the crash

This changes the scss so npm run build:css
