[#33433] - [4.0] No error when copying a template without entering a new name

Steps to reproduce the issue
Go to System - Templates (site), click on the template, then on the Copy template button, but DO NOT enter a new name, just click Copy template again. The page will reload, but no copy or error message will appear.
I cannot say that this is a direct mistake, but rather a flaw.
