Summary of Changes
- Changes the web components polyfill to
webcomponents-bundle.js - Remove the redundant web component polyfills
- Adds the correct target for the Rollup ESM setups
- Move the emoji icon at the beginning so it won't get cut in some terminals
- adds a README file in the build folder
